Charming Department 56 1 Royal Tree Court Animated Holiday Gift Set with original box. This highlight of this lovely set is the Victorian style house with a cutaway bay window, rooftop turrets and gingerbread ornamentation. Peek into the front window to see the family dancing around a beautifully decorated tree. Set includes: 1 Royal Tree Court, animated porcelain lighted building "Bearing Gifts" accessory - Victorian man in top hat, carrying presents and walking a sweet little dog 2 riverstone walls with sculpted topiaries two frosted topiary tree (bottlebrush style) 1 Village Bare Branch Tree does not contain the bag of "fresh fallen snow" Has original box, and styro insert. The box has a rip on the back side upper right corner and a peeled off area on the front top by the Deparment 56 logo. The styro insert is missing the lid. Animation & light are working. Great condition - no c hips or cracks. Bearing Gifts piece has a small black mark on base see photo 9 This is the perfect addition to your Dickens' Village Christmas set or also works great as a first piece for a new collector, or a stand alone piece. Just delightful!
