Description Up for auction I have a NEW IN BOX Department 56 New England Village Series Otter Creek Sawmill Item #56.56653. This house is retired and was introduced December 2001 and retired December 2003 and measures 8 x 6.75 x 7". The description of this house is: "Even with all its towns and factories, New England is still abundant with wooded areas, therefore, many local industries in the Village are closely tied to natural resources such as lumber. This mill takes its name from a winding creek located in Northeast Vermont and t features a stack of authentic wood logs nestled against the building." My Mom never put this house out on display so it is in perfect condition. I will have about 80 houses from the New England Village Series series so please take a look at the rest of my listing or at my store if you would like to own them all!Condition - The house and box are in brand new condition and was never put out on display. The house is untouched except for me taking pictures and as you can see the light to illuminate the interior works just fine!
