For Sale is the exact shown, authentic piece of Department 56 Halloween Accessories Kit (Set of 22) in it's original box. The attached 9 photos with this listing are of the exact item being offered for sale. All 9 photos are of the item in it's exact and current cosmetic condition. This item comes inside its original box as shown, with the original styro-foam as well. Piece(s) appears just as it should according to the image on the box, and it does not appear in my personal opinion, that any pieces are missing or have been broken. I have included 9 photos for your close inspection. As shown the original retail price tag of $50 still attached on the side of the box. Selling this piece as shown, below its resale and collectible value with a "buy it now" price of only $40 or send me your best offer! Items History: This piece of Department 56 collectibles is just one of several I have been given the privilege of selling on consignment here in my ebay store. The shown piece, along with the entire collection being sold, represent a collection from a husband and wife that spanned over the course of 17 years with new pieces being added every year. Every Year the couple would start in October transforming their home into a miniature "Holiday Winter Wonderland". With entire villages spanning into 4 seperate rooms of their home. This miniature display adorned the large bay windows and sunroom of their home, and would be lit at night so neighbors and others could come and view from the windows the fine collectible pieces they had to display. Upon the passing of the husband a few years ago, the wife is no longer able to display the items as they once did, and wishes to go ahead and pass along these wonderful collectibles so others can enjoy them as they once did. I will be selling the entire collection from now up through December with both auction and "buy it now" offers. So I encourage you to please check back often as I will be listing new items daily as this is an extremely large collection of all Department 56 brand collectibles. ~ I am offering a special shipping rate for multiple purchases as well! Should you request combined shipping I will only charge $2 extra per item added to the largest shipping price of the items you purchase. I have my own shrink-wrapping machine, so the actual box of the Dept. 56 items itself will be shrink-wrapped before being placed inside another box with shipping materials. I will also be insuring all items over $50. Shipping cost are based upon the items weight placed inside a box, and calculated based upon your location. It is extremely rare that I ever "over-charge" for shipping, as I almost always come up on the "shorter" end of the stick in the cost. All items are shipped with a free delivery confirmation number that is emailed to you the exact day the item is shipped for easy tracking of your item.
