This is a RARE Department 56 item- the VILLAGE ANIMATED TRACK . Made for use with the original Snow Village and Heritage Village . Made to propel vehicles are around the village setting in the center. Large track.Unit has 14 of the original 18 "feet" that attach to the underside of the vehicles.The unit is used. Track a little scuffed in places. It has not been used in a number of years, and when plugged in, the motor runs but the track is not revolving. It can be moved manually, so I am thinking it might need some lubrication, but I have not fooled with it.If you are handy, might be able to get it running well again, but it is being sold "as-is" .
