DEPARTMENT 56 "Christmas in the City" THE MAJESTIC THEATER (Retired, numbered limited edition) This beautiful lighted building is in excellent condition -- no chips or scratches and from a smoke-free home. It has been displayed several times. The box and styrofoam are intact but the box may have tears or creases. ***NOTE: This is the limited edition but it does NOT include the special customizing stickers that came with it originally. I will ship by USPS Priority Mail the next day after payment is received. I prefer PayPal but I will accept checks or money orders. Checks must clear before shipment.
