This is a long since retired building in the CIC series called Sutton Place Brownstones. It has no chips or cracks and comes with light cord and in the original Dept 56 packaging (which has wear and tear from age and/or storage). In some images you can see some white over and/or in between the red "bricks" - that is from the inside of the styrofoam - it's not missing paint. I like to call it "styrofoam dust", which sometimes happens when a Dept 56 building is stored in the original styrofoam but without a plastic bag over it (it has one now). I removed a lot of it using a piece of scotch tape. Images are included from all sides including top and bottom (bottom is marked Sutton Place Rowhouse which the Village D-tails book indicates is usual for this item). There is also some concaving to some of the walls which Village D-tails also indicates is not unusual (I would guess that's because of the large size and weight combined with the production process for porcelain back in the day).
