Snow Village"Birch Run Ski Chalet" You are bidding on an item from Department 56, in the snow village collection. The item you are bidding on is the Birch Run Ski Chalet. This piece was released from 1996 to 1999. It retailed for 60 dollars at the time of release, and the Greenbook value is 75 dollars.This piece is in near perfect condition. The only reason why I say "Near Perfect" is because I feel that once it has been opened, it cannot remain "perfect. This piece has no scratches, dings, or chips out of it. It has resided in a smoke, pet, child, and dust free home since it was purchased. Shipping for this item will be 12.50, which pays for the piece being sent USPS Priority Mail.
