The great craftsmanship of Department 56 is spectacular, just as you have come to expect. This is in mint condition, never displayed. The boxes were only opened one time to check the condition. I also have landscape trees, figurines, and other buildings up for auction if you want to take a look at my other listed items. All of my items come from a smoke free home. I will combine shipping if you let me know that you are bidding on or have won other items of mine. In order to receive combined shipping you must pay for all items on one invoice. I try very hard to keep the cost of shipping down. If I find that I have overcharged you more than $1 for the cost of shipping I will refund you the difference. Insurance is your option, but I highly recommend it as I am not responsible for lost, stolen, broken items. Winner is to pay for item within 3 days.
