It is in great brand new condition with no chips or cracks and comes in its original box and packaging. (The top part of the styrofoam packaging is missing.) Dept 56 #55735, introduced in Dec 1990 and retired in Dec 1998. Original retail price was $50.00. Great addition to your collection.
