This item is mint in the box and has never been displayed or removed except for inspection. Shipping is $12 by UPS and includes the insurance. I offer discounted shipping when purchasing more than 1 item. Shipping is regular for the first item and $5 for each additional building. Accessories are $2-4 depending on their size.
