Dept 56 Snow Village "Craftsman Cottage" #54372 Here is the retired Department 56 Snow Village "Craftsman Cottage" House. This piece is dated 1992, retired 1995. This is Near Mint Condition with box, foam and cord. The house looks great, the box and foam show some shelf wear. I recently purchased a large number of Department 56 Snow Village buildings and accessories at an Estate Sale. I talked to the son of the lady who owned these, he told me he could only remember her putting out these items out one year. He said she loved to collect Dept 56 buildings, but only displayed them the one time that he remembers.
