This piece was only available in 1998 only during the 1998 Homes for the Holiday Event. This is a set of 9 pieces: building, 2 piece accessory (Decorate the Tree), 4 Trees, Brick Road and Snow! Measurements are: 9" x 8" x 8.25''. This set is brand new in the box and has never been displayed. The box has some minor shelf wear, but no damage. Please feel free to contact me with any questions!
