Welcome to MadKowCrafts! Our staff prides ourselves on creating high quality products that are sold at great prices. Our woodcrafts are all made in Dayton , Ohio by dedicated craftsmen. Be aware that many other woodcrafts sold on EBay are made in Communist China or Communist Vietnam. None of our staff would ever give a Veteran a gift from one of those countries. SHIPPING: The shipping weight for most of our plaques is 1lb 4 oz. We only charge actual shipping costs. We don’t charge extra for boxes, packing materials, delivery confirmation or handling. We charge you what the Post Office charges us. Many times we are able to ship same day, but almost everything shipped within 2 business days. YES we do ship to APO/FPO boxes. This does mean we have to stand in line at the Post Office and fill out customs forms. We don’t charge extra for that but we ask you allow a couple extra days for this service. RETURN POLICY: We have a 14 day return policy (30 days for APO/FPO Boxes). If the item is not as described or pictured you will receive a 100% refund including shipping. Returns for item damaged in shipping will be replaced, no charge for charging the item to you but you pay shipping charges for returning the item to us.
