is an old Detroit Mich Map and manual from 1872. This neat old relic is in the form of a book. Has a foldout map in the back that shows Fire limits, Paved streets and Sewers. Compiled by Eugene Robinson city surveyor. This is a very scarce historical document from early Detroit. 77 pages of Historical data and information about the city and its leaders along with the map. Has the original farms listedby name as you can see in the pictures. The book in in good shape with the binding intact and no missing or torn pages. T are a couple of blemishes on the cover and edge and a little loss of material. The page edges are gilt gold are in nice condition. T are some small tears in the creases of the map when opened. T is no loss of paper in the tears. 6 x 4.5 and about 3/8 thick. This is a great reference for Detroit history buffs .
