What a patriotic darling! This little lady is a creation of The Doll Dreamer's Guild Dream Team. The costume was designed by Londie Phillips, the doll sculpted by Dianna Effner. This doll was given as favours during the January 2007 IDEX UFDC Brunch in Florida. Little Miss Liberty is hand painted porcelain. Her head swivels, her arms and legs are jointed. The wooden base stand is pegged so no marring occurs to the doll nor unsightly stand arms show while on display. She is about 10 1/2 inches tall with a wig of red mohair braids and curls. She is dressed in a white silk taffeta sailor dress with matching pantaloons. The blue tu-tu underneath perks the dress and accentuates the white leather ballet slippers. Little Miss Liberty is still in her original box with the paper data tag. Her head was removed from the netting just long enough for pictures. Her back is signed by Ms. Effner. This cutie has been in a pet and smoke free environment since her return from the show. This precious sweetheart is 59/125. What a collectible!
