Due to the popularity and success of Patrick McGoohan’s cult T.V. series “The Prisoner”, Dinky toy’s followed up by producing this brilliant and now scarce little model of the Portmeirion village taxi. This Mini Moke has been fully restored to its former glory. Only minimal work was done replacing necessary parts to keep it as original as possible. It is now in excellent condition. Included is a good quality repro box, which has a grey interior just like the original boxes. It is believed that Dinky Toys did not produce many of these models, so here is a chance to add one of these scarce models to your collection. Please read my feedback comments. I take great pride in all of my restorations, each one professionally brought back to life. Please see my other auctions, for more beautifully restored old Corgi and Dinky models. We are so confident with the standard of our restorations that we offer a full refund if you are not 100% happy with the quality of the restoration. We offer repro boxes with a lot of our models and although the quality is normally very good, these boxes are only ever as good as the image they are taken from and conditions do vary.
