Dinky 276 Airport Fire Engine Tender Control.Red body with black base. Beacon on top does work as I popped a battery in to test it but it will need an adjustment to get the cam on the rear wheels to align so it works each time.I'll let the photos show the condition. A nice dinky toy.Please look at my other items.
