DINKY 725 Royal Navy Phantom II F4-K (VGC) This is a DINKY 725 die cast of a Royal Navy Phantom II F4-K fighter jet (no box). The item dates from the early 1970’s and is in very good condition. The only evidence of wear that can be seen are a couple of paint chips on the underside and the main undercarriage wheel retention spring-bars are a little loose when the wheels are in the deployed position (the model is also a little dusty in places due to loft storage for last 30 years). Notwithstanding, everything else is as per its original condition i.e. all transfers/decals are fine, as is the retractable undercarriage, the wings, the blue paint scheme, canopy/windscreens etc as per the photos. There are two original stand-off bombs which can be jettisoned via a release button on the side of the fuselage which triggers the spring loaded launch rail underneath the aircraft. This is a very collectable piece. Postage is for UK but I will consider posting to elsewhere albeit please ask first before bidding.
