DescriptionBeautiful Charoite polished stones from Russia. Great for meditation or for jewelry. This is the exact lot you will receive. Total weight is approx. 40 grams. Stones average approx. .95" across.Charoite is translucent lavender to purple in color with a pearly luster. Charoite only became known in the world just recently. It was discovered in Russia in 1978 in the Murun mountains in Yakutia. To date, this the only known location for this rare mineral. The name Charoite is derived from the Chary River which is near where it was found. Spiritual and Healing Properties of Charoite: Charoite is known as a stone of transformation.
