This is a hard to find fossil triceratops nasal bone. I originally bought it for the reconstruction of a skull but acquiring the other pieces I need has been difficult, Other than on fully reconstructed skulls, this is the only nasal bone I have seen. This bone is the arch that separates the small and large nasal holes in the triceratops skull. The side with the tighter circumference would face the beak and the other side would be the inner wall of the larger nasal hole. This fossil measures 12 inches long.
