Dinu LIPATTI - Besançon Deluxe Box FCX 698 / 699 - NM Superb 2 LP's box set, typical of the french luxurous issues from the 1950's..: Dinu LIPATTI ( 1917 - 1950 ) His last recording: Besançon 16. 9. 1950 This great box is presented in a superb luxe GORGEOUS box, with fabulous inserts:A special print of the program of this concert An article by Walter Legge, the producer of the company Columbia. He wrote in 1951, an obituary on the death of Lipatti. Appeared 1951 in 'Der Plattenspiegel' as special print The best part is an original promotional photo of Lipatti ( -> picture ). Unfortunately, it is easily torn up right. All original inner sleeves have a special print with the Columbia logo !
