Participants would collect 13 pins to be eligible for the free 14th pin. Pins were released on Saturdays during October at the Le Bat en Rouge and the Premiere Shop.On October 3, 2003, Guests had the opportunity to purchase a complete set of this series' 13 pins and receive the 14th pin free.
