The ringer has the option of being turned off or on. The tone pulse is switchable. The dial is in pot a of honey that Pooh is eating. The phone receiver rests on a tree trunk. The dial numbers on the phone are push buttons. It is a true collectable Disney phone made of plastic. It uses 2 AA batteries, not included. It is UL listed and made in China. Its in good condition there are only a few small markings on the back of the head on Pooh but you hardly notice them they are so small. Let our Disney Winnie The Pooh Desk Telephone delight you!
