You are bidding on the Disneyland Manager's Award -Tradition/Heritage/Culture Red Ruby Castle pin. This pin is approx the same size as service pins and is allowed to be worn on the Cast Uniform. This pin features the Sleeping Beauty Castle on top of a red stone. Cast Members could only get this pin by being chosen for a week-long training course and then completing a term paper on the processes. This pin is a very special Disneyland cast award pin.
