Disney Harmony Kingdom "Yo Ho Me Mateys"Limited Edition Size 500 This is a highly collectible, sold out Harmony Kingdom figurine with a very rare edition size of only 500. The piece depicts the famous Pirates of the Caribbean ride. The ride itself was opened in 1967, with 3400 guests passing through each hour and 20,000 gallons of water circulating each minute. Our box figurine, entitled "Yo, Ho, Me Mateys", can’t boast the same engineering ambition, but it is comprised of two separate pirates, each with concealed compartments. One not well-intentioned but nonetheless well-armed pirate perches on a keg that lifts up to reveal a stash of TNT. The other's on a cannon with its own keg off to the side that holds a spare cannonball -- just in case. Carved by Patrick Simmons and inspired from concept drawings that Marc Davis created for the attraction. The piece is made of crushed marble tumbled to create a magnificent patina. This is a retired Limited Edition release of only 500 worldwide.
