Robert Olszewski is an internationally acclaimed painter and sculptor who has specialized in the fine art of micro-sculpture for nearly twenty-five years. Sophisticated collectors around the world prize his work. Inspired by classical themes and moving personal experiences, each Olszewski micro-sculpture is a study in anecdotal detail and graceful animation. In 1995 Robert was commissioned the the Walt Disney Company to prototype minatures. Robert continuses his close association with Disney with the new "Story-Time" Disney Showcase Collection. Baby Dumbo was Born. Mrs. Jumbo gleefully gazed upon her offspring. Dumbo looked up to his mother in delight. It was love at first sight. "Simply Adorable" from the Story Time Collection by Olszwski. This Disney Limited Edition #142 of 1500 was issued in 2005. The base of the piece is 3" in diameter X 4 1/4" high.
