Small pin with white background. Shows Tigger carrying a letter and reads "The Disney Store Guest Courtesy". Cast members receive this pin when the store receives a written letter about the cast member's service. Recognition Pin. There are several different pins you can earn in the series--whit,blue,red,and black is the rarest. The green is awarded for your first guest letter. The next pin is not awarded until your 6th letter--if a CM did something great for you please write a letter--these pins are very rarely awarded. # 1261 - Green - 1st Guest Letter #19099 - White - 7th Guest Letter #19097 - Blue - 13th Guest Letter #19098 - Red - 19th Guest Letter #19096 - Black - 25th Guest Letter (this is the highest honor).
