"Behind The Eight Ball"This is a limited edition serial depicting characters from Walt Disney's Pinocchio. The sericel edition, "Behind the Eight Ball," was composed from sequence 8.3, scenes 41 (Pinocchio) and 43 (Jiminy Cricket) of the classic 1940 animated feature. "While cavorting in the Pool Hall in Pleasure Island, carefree Pinocchio is confronted by his conscience -- Jiminy Cricket. Pincohio, 1940."General Edition Size: 2,400, This is part of the smaller signed Deluxe Edition of 250.What makes this as deluxe edition is the very special touch that the matting has been signed by the ORIGINAL VOICE ARTIST of Pinocchio, Dickie Jones. Dickie voiced Pinocchio in 1939 when he young boy, and signed these Sericels as an adult on the Disney lot in Burbank, CA. He only signed 250 of the 2,500 run. This is a true Disney collectible.The Sericel size is 14 x 11 inches, with the framed size being 21 x 18 inches.Includes the original Disney certificate of Authenticity in a see-through envelope on the back of the frame.This is the original Disney frame and mounting. This piece is ready to hang out of the box.
