Disneyland Railroad 1955 Freight Train Car Setby Olszewski – N scale Disneyland 1955 Freight Train - N scale. Comes with the plastic case and certificate of authenticity. I have not run this train. Item is Brand NEW. ! From Disney store website: For the first time, the Disneyland ''Retlaw 2'' Freight Train Cars have been faithfully recreated in an N-scale model by Olszewski, presented as originally seen on Opening Day of Disneyland Park, July 17, 1955. Certificate of Verification included Set includes three freight cars Electrically operated miniature locomotive The ''Retlaw 2'' freight cars were built in 1955 by Walt Disney's personal company, WED Enterprises. These cars were fashioned after the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway freight trains of the 1870s. As a teenager, Walt Disney worked for that railroad, which later become the proud sponsor of the Santa Fe & Disneyland Railroad. This model pays tribute to the ''Retlaw 2'' as it appeared on opening day at Disneyland Park.
