Unassembled kit for Isle of Man Railway coach F7-F12, F16-F17 or F25-F26. Designed for use with DJB Beyer Peacock live steam 2-4-0 tank locos, but could also work with Accucraft locos, with coupling modifications. The body and bogies were originally sold separately, but are being offered together in this listing. Complete, except for wheels and transfers which were not included in the kit; instructions recommend Tenmille Gauge 1 wagon wheels (AG 158), 32mm diameter with 8 split spokes. Laser cut aluminium body, etched brass panel overlays, whitemetal diamond frame bogies and cast brass fittings. Wooden underframe. Much fine detail, right down to the IMR lettering on the axleboxes. Unlike the Accucraft models, these kits feature realistic Isle of Man Railway chopper couplings and safety chains. Rare item, which has not been produced in large numbers. All components are present and in new condition; most smaller parts have had flash filed off ready for assembly. The bogie has been repackaged; the body kit is in the original box, which is in good condition apart from one torn corner.
