This auction is for a Doepke (Model) road grader. A classic toy manufactured in the late 40's to early 50's. These vintage toys were prized possessions for children and are now collected and cherished by adults. Memories of one's youth have created a vast market for these Doemke toys by restorers and collectors everywhere. Doepke Toys remain some of the best quality products produced. Look up the history of Doepke Toys on the internet. The condition of this grader is poor, but the rust is not of a cancerous nature, only surface. It is missing the blade and levelers, all of which I have seen advertised on ebay. The wheel units have fallen off....The wheels turn roughly. This highly desirable toy requires a great amount of TLC....Because of a medical condition I can no longer give it deserved attention. It deserves a proper long life.
