"Lovely in Lilac" for 16" Tiny Tears This is a three piece outfit with dress, bonnet, and bloomers for the 16" Tiny Tears, DyDee or any other doll of this size. I made this myself with cotton in white with lilac flowers and green leaves all over. The front and back bodice are made with solid lilac cotton fabric. The waistline is trimmed with the print fabric and white lace. I sewed a lilac ribbon rose to the center front. The sleeves are trimmed with white lace. The bodice is fully lined and has two tiny metal snaps, hand sewn on the back for closure. The bottom of the skirt is trimmed with white lace. The bonnet is fully lined and has lilac ribbon for the ties. It has a peekaboo back. The brim is trimmed with white lace. The top of the bonnet is trimmed with white lace. The bloomers are made with the same fabric and trimmed with white lace around the legs. All visible seams are finished with a serger. The doll and shoes are not included, Tiny Tears is my model. We come from a smoke free, pet free home. I have been sewing for over 40 years. Thank you for looking.
