This is a Don Larsen Yogi Berra Danbury Mint Figure Set.It shows a scene from Larsen's 1956 World Series Perfect Game. There are 2 ceramic figures in the set as well as a base. The first figure shows Larsen throwing a pitch, the ball is connected to his hand. The second figure is the famous shot of Berra leaping into Larsen's arms in celebration. The background of the base is scoreboard and a Newspaper Clipping. The figures are about 7-8 inches tall. The base/set measures about 10h by 10d by 16w.The figures are ceramic. I have also heard chalk resin. It is definitely of the fragile nature and not made of plastic. It is hand painted with great detail. These are by far the most detailed figurines available. The figure is in excellent condition. There are no cracks or chips. The paint is clean with no scratches or marks. The base may have minor scuffs, but nothing too serious. The figure and bat are removable from the base. This will help prevent damage from shipping. This item was collector owned and displayed properly. It has the original COA but no box. It will be packed and shipped with the utmost care and professionalism.
