Offered is an absolutely stunning, Casablanca Records 11-part press kit for Once Upon A Time, the 1977 double-disc release by Donna Summer. Donna's lovely image graces the cover of the folder that contains all the promotional material of the press kit. The folder, which has a very small amount of creasing at the extreme upper left hand corner but is completely intact and undamaged, has two pockets, one with the Casablanca logo on it, and the other with Donna's management company information. The press kit includes three photos of the artist: one a black and white version of the image on the folder, one of Donna looking angelic in a floor length, flowing white gown with long belled sleeves, and the third image showing Donna holding a microphone and singing, dressed in a huge polka dot blouse. The Casablanca logo is at lower left below all three images. A two page biography on Casablanca stationery covers Donna Summer's meteoric rise to superstardom before focusing on the new album and the artist's forthcoming plans for touring and film projects. A letter from a Casablanca executive introduces music industry personnel to the album and is dated November 29, 1977. Finally, reprints of performance reviews, album reviews, and feature articles from People Magazine, Ebony, and After Dark complete this lavish press kit. I am the original read more
