Dora the Explorer’s Talking House from Mattel 2003. Dora and her toy line continue to entertain, educate and expand the boundaries of children. This exciting talking dream house folds into itself for storage or the folds open with two wings and the second floor pops up and floors fold out. It expands into a huge, roughly 30”x 17”x 24” hacienda of fun! This bilingual house (Spanish and English) features Dora’s voice with multiple phrases that relate to items pressed in the house – beginning right from the front doorbell with a ding-dong and “Hola! Welcome to my home!”, “Who’s ringing the doorbell?” and “Who’s ringing el timbre?”. The built in oven, refrigerator, kitchen table, a family picture and multiple items have interactive phrases and sounds with two volume settings and on/off switch. Runs on batteries. All functions well. A great toy for young imaginations, giving children a taste of our multilingual world. Dora has been a favorite of children for years now and this is the best toy I have seen on the market for many hours of fun. Price includes shipping within the United States.
