Addams Street Part One Built from Downtown Deco Kit - This is a block of rather run down buildings that is just right for a special place on your layout or maybe as a gift for a friend. Weathered and layout ready. As with all my HO listings, this building was just completed and has never been used on a layout. I believe this kit is out of production. Footprint is approx. 8" x 5 3/4" I accept PayPal only If you have never built a wood, craftsman kit, you can't imagine how much time is involved in construction. The price of craftsman kits continues to go up. If you consider the price of the kit, paint, tools and time to build, this is a real bargain. Most completed buildings you find on eBay are a bit dusty with maybe a few pieces missing and are the result of someone getting tired of them, changing scale, etc. Here is brand new craftsman building that is ready for your layout. I list a new building about every two weeks, unless I'm working on a special order, so if this building is not what you want or need, keep checking back.
