This is the newly revised version of our classic "Kitty Korner" kit. All new graphics! Just the kind of place your tiny model railroaders would want to hang out at after a hard days work. It features nicely detailed hydrocal castings, plastic doors, full color signs and complete, easy to understand assembling/painting instructions. About 3" x 5". You get just the one building, not all of the others shown in the diorama. I still have a few sets of the original graphics left & will throw in a set n/c. Special this weekend, buy one of these kits & I'll throw in 2' of our new extremely deteriorated sidewalks at no charge!!
