Dragon kit# 6066 1/35 scale T-35/85 Mod. 1944 Soviet World War Two Tank. Complete unassembled plastic kit, parts sealed in original plastic bags. Open box in new condition. Great kit of this famous tank includes separate link track and decals for a choice of five different markings. Following the Battle of Kursk in 1943, the Soviets initiated a crash program to combat the German Panther and Tiger tanks. The T-34/76 chassis was modified to mount a new turret with a powerful 85mm gun able to defeat the German heavy tanks. After the war, the T-35/85 soldiered on serving with the Warsaw Pact countries and saw extensive combat with other armies during the Korean War, the Mid-Eastern Wars and many other conflicts.
