It does come from a smoke free Home. Book is in GOOD condition, I believe this is a First Edition but have not been able to find documentation to prove it. Dust Jacket in FAIR Condition. Previous owners name and date are written on first page inside cover. A nice collector's copy. Dust Jacket is NOT price clipped ($4.95). Top and Bottom of dust cover are frayed and the front has a 2 inch rip in the Bottom left. I have taken a couple pf pictures below to show Dust Jack wear. see pictures below.
