This is an impressive, dramatic antique or vintage necklace (I would place it in the early 1900s). It is natural branch coral in graduating lengths. The clasp is marked sterling and there are small silver beads throughout as well. The black "claws" are intriguing-- I have no idea what they are made out of, but my best guess would be horn. The entire length is about 28 inches, each "claw" is about 2 inches but very curved. Excellent condition.
