You are bidding on a Rosenthal DINNER PLATE marked Selb Germany Sanssouci U.S. Zone. This would have been made in the years 1945-1949 post WWII. I am selling a porcelain set of china that is a service for 12 plus many side dishes. Most dishes are in pristine condition- they appear unused. I will be breaking down the set to make it manageable for folks who are looking for certain pieces. However, if you are desiring the entire set, please contact me for a discussion of price. I would prefer a free local pick-up if possible near Quakertown Pa.- 1 hour from Philadelphia and 2 from NYC. I do not know the pattern name on this set. It looks like "Diplomat" without the gold; the trim is a magenta pink. Details: This auction is for a set of 2 dinner plates. I have a total of 12 dinner plates that I am selling in pairs in separate auctions. *Excellent condition- no scratches, chips or crazing. In NEW condition. They measure 10" in diameter. Base color is ivory/cream.
