Droll Designs USA handpainted handy, charming little dish. This 6 1/2" diameter (11/2" high) dish is perfect for so many accent uses - I have a number of these and use them in virtually every room. Particularly like them for condiments. lemon wedges, buffet toothpicks, etc. Greta little jewelry caddy. This particular dish is one of a kind personally painted by the co-founder of Droll Designs, Jean Townsend. The back of the dish is signed, "Townsend 2003". Never used or displayed. This dish is highklighted with the use of Droll's gold gilt paint in the stripes. Hard to show in the photos, but has a lustre thta is striking to the eye. Must be handwashed with this gold lustre. There are not too many of these little Drolls in general circulation - they were used more for gift presentations by Droll and not mass produced! Buyer will not be disappointed to find how often this versatile dish will be in use! Please do ask all questions, as dish is not returnable. Paypal payment is due within 3 days of auction end.
