DUMBO SIGNED L/E SERICEL VERY RARE ITEM! SIGNED BY WARD KIMBALL! Ward Kimball was one of the original animators for Disney and highly admired and respected by Walt himself. A simple search of Kimball's name will tell much about his history and fame with Disney. For auction is a signed sericel in very good condition. I do not know the year of its release but have owned it for 7 years. After Ward Kimball's passing the value of his work or signature has continually risen. This particular item is still in the original matting and frame that I purchased it in. The sericel, matting, and frame are all in very very good condition. The detail of the sericel is magnificent and pales the mass produced unlimited ones being issued currently. Will keep the description limited for any collector of Disney Animation or Disney history is familiar with Ward Kimball. I am breaking down my Disney collection and will be adding items on a continuous basis. Please view my other sericel Bambi, shipping will be combined if purchased at the same time as this item and shipped together to same address. The sericel itself measures approx 12" x 10". Framed measures 19 x 21" approx. The frame is a soft beige with slight gold overtones and reaised texture. A very nice contrast to the sericel.
