You are bidding on a set of six Duncan Fife style dining room chairs from the 1920's. They are medium dark mahogany with period upholstered seats. T is one armed chair and five armless chairs. All the chairs have been lightly restored and at an unknown time and appear to have never been used since. They are in nearly perfect condition with very few nicks or scratches. Some of the chairs have one or two loose joints but they are otherwise structurally sound condition, redy to use.. No branding information can be found on the chairs - exact manufacture and date can not be known. I have been told that construction, wood, and finish are consistent with those made during the 1920's. For at least the last 20 years these chairs have been stored unused in a climate and humidity controlled room. Despite being well covered, some light dusting and cleaning is required to bring them to their full luster.
