From the Duncan Royale History of Santa Collection, up for auction is this 12 inch (approx) Wassail Santa. I'm not an appraiser, but would have to say the Santa is in mint condition. He is casting number 8817 of a 10,000 piece limited edition. Santa comes with the hang tag book and the original packaging and box. The box is NOT in mint condition and shows some wear and has a small tear on the top lid (which has been taped) but is still in pretty good shape considering its age (1983).
