Estate - Dunhill Shell Smoking Pipe - Excellent Condition! This is an auction for this Dunhill Smoking Pipe . The pipe is a beauty and has been given loving care by its' prior owner . T is a hint of ash noted in the bowl; it really appears to be in great condition for a pre-owned pipe. No issues are noted! The pipe, indeed appears to be in MINT condition! As you would expect it is extremely lightweight (only the very best briar makes the grade!) and well balanced. The blast finish of the bowl feels great in the hand. The smoke hole is 'dead on' and a pipe cleaner just glides smoothly thru the stem into the bowl! Overall lenght of about 5 1/2" long; bowl height 1 3/4" with inner bowl diameter of 3/4". The F/T stem and tenon fit tight in the shank . The stem is in excellent condition with a 'hint' of a toothmark or two- pretty much buffed smooth at this point. The pipe has a great Dunhill blast. The pipe is in great condition, including the vulcanite stem with the Dunhill white dot. All areas appear crisp-- including the nomenclature. I have included a large number of photos so that you can really check this Dunhill and see it's condition.
