Very recently, in Northern Holland, I acquired a folio, containing the studio heritage of an 18th century Dutch artist. The folio contains about 70 drawings, depicting a diversity of subjects and in different techniques. A true interesting testimony of an artist's work in the later part of the 18th century! The present drawing, executed in charcoal on laid paper, depicts a fine study of a left foot.Authorship : the drawing is from the Dutch School of the Louis XVI Period.Period : ca. 1780-1790.Size : 15,5x19,9cm.Condition : Fairly good. Some scattered dirt throughout. Corners and right side vertical : traces of folding. Unframed.Shipping : flat shippingrate 15$. Shipped as International Registered Mail (with trackingn°). Combined shipping available.
