For your consideration is this original DUTCH TREAT CLUB Election Year Book 1956, privately printed for distribution to Dutch Treat Members and guests at the Polling Booth, Plaza Hotel, May 11, 1956, in New York City. Members of the Dutch Treat Club included many celebrities, artists, actors, politicians, publishers, authors and other famous people. This copy comes from the estate of the late Edward Anthony who was on the Board Of Governors of the club in 1956. Great cartoon and illustration art, some being quite risque. I photographed the "minor" ones! Artists include Rube Goldberg, Godwin R. Patterson, Holm Gren, Fred Cooper, Albert Dorne, Klet Frank, and others. 8.25 x 5.25 paper over board with art by Fred Cooper on the front continuing onto the back cover. No dust jacket. Most likely never had one. Decorated endpapers. Condition: Cover wear and some scratches and soiling. Edges have the most wear. Clean pages. Please refer to photos for further detail.
