This silverplate tray was made by E.G. Webster & Son and bears their pseudo hallmark of a plant, a crown, and a lion rampant. This mark was used between 1886 and 1928. The tray is 16.5" long handle to handle and 10" wide. One of the handles was resoldered by a silversmith. There is no obvious loss of silverplate. The photos show a dented area but the dents are shallow. I could have a silversmith repair these if desired (at additional cost - ask me first). I chose to leave the dents untouched and used the tray as is until I recently decided to put it on the market.
