This is a beautiful half gallon water pitcher in the Frost Crystal pattern. It was made by The Tarentum Glass Co. of Tarentum, PA circa 1906. This water pitcher has been decorated with ruby stain and gold. The ruby is in excellent condition and the gold is a little worn but still in very good condition for its age. And there is some wear on the gold around the spout. This pitcher is 8-1/4 inches tall at the spout and 5-5/8 inches in diameter plus the pressed handle and the spout. The flat bottom is 5 inches in diameter and was ground and polished at the time of manufacture. This pitcher is heavy weighing in at just over 5 pounds before packing. There may be some bubbles and straw marks but there are no chips, flakes or cracks. (B-21-MIDSHFL-XX521)
